Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Canvivo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts and security. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for the activity that happens under it, and for providing accurate information. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

Your content. You retain ownership of the content you upload and the images you generate. You grant Canvivo a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

AI provider connections. Canvivo does not supply the AI models that generate images; you connect the provider keys you already have. When you generate, your prompt and the source images you selected are sent to the provider you chose, under that provider's own terms. You are responsible for the keys you connect and for keeping them secure. Canvivo stores provider keys encrypted and never shows a full key after it is saved.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to abuse it: no uploading infringing or unlawful content, no attempts to break security or bypass limits, and no interference with other users' workspaces. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property. The Canvivo software, branding, and interface remain the property of Canvivo. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of the Service itself.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Age. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Canvivo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page, and for material changes we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions, contact admin@canvivo.io.
